UtsavLife offers a nurturing environment that blends home comfort, hotel luxury, and hospital-standard care for seniors aged 55 and above. Below are answers to commonly asked questions to help you understand our offerings and policies.

UtsavLife provides a comprehensive all-inclusive package designed to enhance the quality of life for seniors. Our services include:
  • Accommodation: Fully furnished and serviced living spaces equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, induction stove, cookware, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery, and an Amazon Prime subscription.
  • Meals: Unlimited vegetarian meals, including morning bed tea, breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, dinner, and haldi doodh, featuring diverse regional and seasonal cuisines.
  • Utilities and Services: Wi-Fi, cable television, intercom, housekeeping, laundry, electricity, and repair & maintenance.
  • Medical Support: Daily vital checks, medication management, 24/7 nursing and attendants, and emergency medical response. A doctor is available during business hours.
  • Concierge Services: Assistance with personal errands such as banking, grocery shopping, courier services, and transportation arrangements.
  • Community Activities: Daily programs including yoga, music, dance, spiritual sessions, arts & crafts, and medical educational talks.
  • Celebrations:We celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and major Indian festivals to foster a vibrant community spirit.

Our base package includes:

  • Daily vital checks (blood pressure, pulse, etc.).
  • Medication management and administration.
  • 24/7 on-site nurses and attendants.
  • Emergency medical response with access to a doctor during business hours.

For residents requiring additional support, we offer:

  • Shared Assistance: Caregiver support for Activities of Daily Living (ADL) at ₹30,000/month.
  • Dedicated Care: 12x7 care at ₹54,000/month or 24x7 care at ₹74,000/month.

A self-declaration of medical conditions is required to determine the appropriate care level (Independent or Assisted Living).

We foster a vibrant and inclusive community through:
  • Daily Activities: A variety of programs such as yoga, music, dance, spiritual sessions, arts & crafts, and medical educational talks to keep residents physically and mentally active.
  • Celebrations: We joyfully celebrate all birthdays, anniversaries, and major Indian festivals, creating memorable moments and a sense of belonging.
  • Common Dining:All meals are served in the common dining area as well as in the room. Everyday dining is an excellent opportunity to engage socially.
While we accommodate dietary preferences such as Jain food, Non-Spicy food, and Boiled Food in the daily menu, we do not offer custom meals tailored to individual requests. We do not provide doctor-prescribed or medical condition-specific diets, as we are not a healthcare provider. Cooking inside apartments is discouraged to maintain a hassle-free lifestyle, as we do not provide kitchen facilities.
We provide unlimited vegetarian meals featuring a diverse menu, including Marathi, South Indian, North Indian, Gujarati, Jain, oriental, continental, and Italian cuisines. Meals incorporate seasonal and regional ingredients to ensure freshness and variety.

Our kitchen serves wholesome, vegetarian meals designed to cater to diverse tastes, including salads, cereals, lentils, pulses, soups, dairy products, vegetables, and special festival or regional dishes. We offer Jain variants for dietary restrictions but do not provide doctor-prescribed or condition-specific diets, as we are not a healthcare provider. Residents with specific dietary needs are encouraged to share details during the admission process so we can assess if our menu can reasonably accommodate them.

We offer fully furnished, senior-friendly apartments with comprehensive services under flexible rental-based service contracts. Our standard contracts are annual, with the option for monthly rent payments. Each contract includes clear renewal and early termination clauses, designed to balance the interests of both UtsavLife and our residents.

Pricing is tailored based on the following factors:

  • Duration of Stay:
    • Short-Term Stay: Less than 6 months, ideal for temporary arrangements.
    • Long-Term Stay: 6 months or more, suited for residents seeking a permanent home.
  • Level of Care:
    • Pricing is determined after a thorough medical assessment by our admission team, which reviews the applicant’s medical history and documentation.
    • This process ensures the appropriate care level (Independent or Assisted Living) is assigned.
    • Our admission manager conducts a mandatory in-person or video call meeting to assess the applicant’s condition and confirm pricing.
  • Type of Occupancy:
    • Single Occupancy: One senior resides in a private room or apartment.
    • Double Occupancy: Two related seniors (e.g., spouse, siblings) share an apartment.

Our Long-term contracts are renewed every year with a nominal increase in the service charge.

We do not wish to put any binding constraint on our residents. Our resident can break the Service Agreement with 2 months' advance notice, without any obligation, and leave the facility without any penalty.

We encourage residents to maintain social connections with family and friends. Our visitor policy allows visitors and guests during designated hours, ensuring the comfort and security of all residents. Visitors must adhere to community guidelines, and we facilitate a welcoming environment for social interactions. Residents face no restriction in maintaining their outdoor life. They can also participate in any community events and activities happening outside our facility to maintain their social life.
Yes, your son can stay with you in your 2BHK apartment for two weeks. Standard guest charges will apply, and we request prior notification to ensure a smooth experience.

At UtsavLife, our fully furnished apartments and rooms are designed to provide comfort, convenience, and a homely experience for our residents. Each living space is thoughtfully equipped with the following amenities:

    • Comfortable designer sofas and a dining table for relaxation and dining.
    • Smart LED TV with a set-top box for entertainment.
    • Access to a spacious terrace for a serene outdoor experience.
  • Kitchenette:

    • Potable water supply from the municipal corporation.
  • Bedroom:
    • Double or extra-wide single box bed with side tables for comfort.
    • Smart LED TV for in-room entertainment.
    • Two- or three-door full-height wardrobes for ample storage.
    • Intercom and panic switch near the bed for safety and communication.
    • Night-glow wall clock for easy timekeeping.
  • Washroom:
    • Each room features an attached/dedicated washroom for privacy and convenience.
  • Balcony:
    • Private balcony attached to each room for personal outdoor space.
  • Utilities and Services:
    • High-speed Wi-Fi and cable television for connectivity and entertainment.
    • Intercom system for seamless communication within the facility.

These amenities ensure a hassle-free, comfortable, and modern living experience, tailored to the needs of our senior residents.


We prioritize resident safety through rigorous hygiene, sanitization, and infection control protocols. These include regular cleaning, health screenings, and adherence to public health guidelines. While we successfully maintained a safe environment during past COVID-19 waves, we do not provide specialized isolation facilities or infectious disease management tailored to specific medical needs.

  • Smoking: Prohibited indoors but permitted in designated outdoor smoking zones on the ground floor.
  • Alcohol: UtsavLife does not purchase or serve alcohol as a policy. Residents may privately purchase and consume alcohol in their apartments, respecting community guidelines and ensuring responsible behavior.

Residents in private apartments (e.g., 2BHK) may personalize their living spaces and bring their own furniture. For shared accommodations (e.g., guest or master bedrooms), personalization is limited to individual areas to respect the roommate’s space and maintain harmony.

We ensure a secure and healthy environment through:
  • 24/7 security personnel and CCTV surveillance.
  • Strict visitor protocols to monitor access.
  • Regular health and hygiene audits to prevent disease spread.
  • Staff training on safety and emergency response to mitigate risks of violence or intrusion.

The admission process includes:

  1. Application: Submit an application form with a refundable deposit.
  2. Health Declaration: Provide a self-declaration of medical conditions to determine the appropriate care level (Independent or Assisted Living). Depending on the self-declaration, further investigation may be required.
  3. Documentation: Submit ID proof (PAN/Aadhar/Driving License/Passport) and permanent address.
  4. Service Agreement: Sign the agreement outlining terms, pricing, and policies.
  5. Payment: All payments are due at the time of actual admission.
