Dr. Jyothsna Kangavkar, MBBS (PGEM), BAMS, PGDEMS, brings over 30 years of expertise in clinical practice and emergency medicine to Utsavcare. Raised in Bangalore by her grandparents, with a father at BEL and a homemaker mother, she developed deep compassion and a commitment to elder care. Her career spans ICU and casualty roles at Ratna Hospital, where she rose to the position of Chief Casualty Medical Officer and later Assistant Medical Administrator, training over 55 doctors. Personal losses—her mother’s dementia and father’s sudden passing—fueled her passion for senior care. Since 2020, at Utsav Assisted Living, she has overseen resident care, emergency services, and staff training, blending medical precision with heartfelt empathy to enrich seniors’ lives.

Raised in Mumbai with roots in Satara, he developed values of service and integrity, shaped by his Swatantra Sainik grandfather and fire officer father. With a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Ganesh’s diverse career spans five-star hotels, luxury cruise lines, ONGC rigs, and corporate giants like Reliance and IBM. Joining UtsavLife during the pandemic, he found his calling in elder care. As Head of Operations, Ganesh ensures that residents experience quality, empathy, and joy, overseeing operations, events, and communication with dedication and warmth.
